Dr. de Leon is Featured Speaker at NASA KSC SLSL Lunch Break Seminar
Dr. Pablo de Leon was the featured speaker for the March 8th Space Life Sciences Lab's Lunch Break Seminar at Kennedy Space Center. His topic was "The Use of Analogs as Learning Tools for Long-duration Human Spaceflight”. His presentation included the progress of the planetary habitat being developed by the Department of Space Studies at the University of North Dakota. Dr. de León is the Science P.I. for the NASA EPSCoR grant titled, “Multi-Purpose Research Station in North Dakota in Support of NASA´s Future Human Missions to Mars" which funds the planetary habitat project.
